Pieces in stock leave our workshop within 2–3 working days. The courier’s estimated delivery time for your country is shown at checkout, and you receive tracking as soon as your parcel ships.

Orders outside India may attract import duties and taxes, collected by the courier on delivery.

Cards, UPI, net banking and wallets through Razorpay, and PayPal. Card details are entered on the payment provider’s secure page — they never reach our servers.

Every piece is cut from natural leather and made by hand, so grain, tone and small marks vary. That variation is the proof of real, handmade leather.

A 3-inch strap suits most acoustic and electric guitars. A 4-inch strap spreads the weight of heavier guitars and basses across the shoulder. Every strap has a multi-slot ladder to set the length.

Yes — unused pieces can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Personalised pieces and Artisan Seconds are final sale unless they arrive faulty.

Every piece is covered for 2 years against faults in stitching, hardware and workmanship under normal use.
